CreatorFlow is represented here as a local reference implementation. This document demonstrates versioned acceptance and does not substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review.

2. Marketplace roles

Brands, creators, affiliates, managers and agencies transact under explicit roles. Structured terms separate deliverables, compensation, rights, attribution and settlement.

3. Data and privacy

The packaged demo uses synthetic data only. Production deployments must establish lawful bases, retention, data-subject rights, subprocessors, cross-border controls and incident response.

4. Payments and rights

The local payment adapter is mocked and never handles real money. Production requires a licensed marketplace payment provider. Rights are time-bound, structured and auditable.
